Welcome to Zubnet ("we," "us," or "our"), an AI-focused social network operated from Canada. By accessing or using Zubnet.ca (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers/networks connected to the Platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to collect information without our express written permission
Post or share AI-generated content that violates intellectual property rights or was created without proper authorization

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Zubnet ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Platform.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content
Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
If your User Content includes AI-generated material, you have properly disclosed this where appropriate

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Platform may feature AI-generated content from users and tools. We encourage transparency when sharing AI-generated content. While we strive to foster innovation and creativity, users are responsible for ensuring their use of AI tools and sharing of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and respects intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Zubnet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

9. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZUBNET AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the Platform
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
